Scott Zimber, MS, LCPC, DBTC

Scott is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and owner of Focused Behavioral Health, LLC. He is experienced in treatment for those with Borderline Personality Disorder or disorders of emotion regulation, relationship discord, anxiety, depression, personal trauma and loss, grief, and career transition. Clients range from children to seniors.

Scott has been Intensively Trained in DBT. He balances his use of DBT and cognitive therapies with approaches that build on a person’s spiritual foundations to assist in managing life’s challenges and transitions.

Betty Bartos, MS, CADC, LCPC

Betty has worked in three different Community Mental Health Centers over the last 30 years, with 27 years being spent at Janet Wattles and Rosecrance. Betty worked in a variety of positions at those agencies encompassing many facets of mental health counseling and a wide range of diagnoses and issues. Betty helped develop the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy program at Janet Wattles and Rosecrance and has been a member o the State Training team for Illinois. Betty attended numerous trainings presented by Behavioral The, a leading provider of services to individuals with personality disorders. Betty has been involved in management and supervision for the past 19 years. Betty has also managed a detoxification unit and a co-occurring unit at Rosecrance Harrison Campus and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Additions counselor. Betty has been licensed as a Counselor in Illinois for 21 years.

Michael A White, Counselor, LCPC, CADC, LCP

Michael has been in the mental health field for the past 18 years. During that time, he’s worked with adults and adolescents with mental illness and substance abuse. Many of his previous clients have successfully developed insights and coping mechanisms for a variety of issues, from family stressors, depression and anxiety to abuse and addiction.
 
Michael has been trained in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). He has also been trained as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
He enjoys developing a safe and secure setting for clients to share their concerns.
 
Michael also enjoys seeing clients progress in their recovery and live out that recovery in their lives. He aims to build confidence and resiliency in the face of mental health concerns, stressors, or addiction issues.
